How the tracks fit together
Strategic management sets the direction. Project management builds the organisation that delivers against it. Technical and energy work covers the physical plant underneath. Predictive analytics then runs on whatever data the first three produced.
They are sold separately and often bought together, in that order — though a technical audit on its own is a perfectly normal engagement and about as common as anything else.
