Predictive Analytics

This is the consultancy's own analytics practice, applied to data gathered during strategic, project, or technical work. It is not the same thing as the Data Science & AI division.

What the models do

After a strategic, project, or technical engagement, we use the data collected during it to build predictive tools:

Anticipate trends. Forecast market shifts, operational bottlenecks, or energy usage patterns before they arrive.
Support decisions. Simulate outcomes, prioritise initiatives, and allocate resources against modelled rather than assumed effects.
Monitor in real time. Dashboards and alerting that track KPIs and flag deviations without someone having to look.
Automate routine analysis. Repetitive reporting and diagnostics handled automatically, freeing the team for the parts that need judgement.
Feed strategy. Predictions returned into the strategy cycle, so goals are refined against evidence.

How this differs from the DSA division
